
Dr. Manasi Parikh is a board-certified family physician by The College of Family Physicians of Canada, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University. She has a special interest in dermatology and is currently working towards her GP-Dermatology designation. Additionally, she serves as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials at the Guelph site.
Dr. Parikh earned an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences with a specialization in Global Health from McMaster University. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from McMaster University in 2021, followed by the completion of her post-graduate residency in Family Medicine in 2023, also at McMaster, where she served as lead resident in her final year.
During her undergraduate and professional studies, Dr. Parikh held several leadership positions, including Student Director for the Canadian Public Health Association. She is currently the Co-Chair of the New Professionals Network for the Ontario Public Health Association.
Dr. Parikh has spoken at various medical and public health conferences and has co-authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and dancing. She is deeply passionate about dermatology, technology and women’s health.
