*Please note some of the before and after images may include a combination of different procedures. Our goal is always to optimize outcomes and sometimes that is best achieved with a combination of treatments. The goal of the galleries is not to highlight just the treatment itself but the possibilities of a carefully constructed treatment plan and to achieve the best results. Individual results may vary and these before and after photos do not guarantee that anybody and or everybody who does these procedures will achieve the same or similar results.

Women and men seeking dermatology treatments from the GTA to London and surrounding area choose deRMA Skin Institute.
As we enter our mid 30s, our skin starts to lose its luster and the signs of aging begin to take effect. The building blocks of healthy skin – collagen, elastin and Hyaluronic Acid – responsible for giving our skin a youthful radiance, suppleness, strength and elasticity – begin to decrease by 1-5% every year. With a loss of these components we begin notice the telltale signs of aging – Degradation, Deflation and Descent.
While a proper skin care regimen (sunscreen, antioxidants, retinol, to name a few) may help to slow down Father Time, we may reach a point where our skin needs more help to remain looking its best for longer.
Fortunately, at deRMA Skin Institute we have the most comprehensive techniques and technologies to slow down Father Time and give you back your radiant skin.
Our lead cosmetic and aesthetic dermatologist, Dr. Sajic has developed the 5 Dimension Skin Plan™ that addresses the aging components of Degradation, Deflation and Descent in all 5 dimesions of the skin – bone, fat, deep tissue, surface/texture and muscle.
What Is Hyper-Dilute Radiesse?
Radiesse is a bio-stimulatory and lifting dermal filler that is usually injected to replace volume and create lift and projection resulting with the deflation and descent of normal aging.
Recent advances have discovered that when diluted with saline under optimal concentrations for each given area of face, skin and body it can significantly rejuvenate the skin and stimulate / hack the body to build back the collagen and elastin it lost with age and time.
In this form, dilute Radiesse is injected superficially under the aging skin. It will not lift and project your face but will erase fine lines and restore the luster and radiance of your skin. The skin rejuvenating effects from this treatment are pronounced and visible, with collagen and elastin production starting as early as 4 weeks after injection. This will in turn result in long term and natural skin tightening with supple and soft skin thickening. This means that this treatment will reduce fine lines, crepiness, and skin laxity and will improve the overall tone, elasticity and pliability of your skin.
Hyper-diluted Radiesse can also be used to treat other indications. These include:
- Cellulite
- Crepey skin
- Non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)
What Areas Can Be Treated With Dilute Radiesse?
As leaders in the non-invasive and non-surgical anti-aging treatments we at derma skin institute have developed protocols to target many of your concerns with Radiesse:
- Upper inner arms
- Buttocks, including cellulite
- Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) (*Non-surgical, minimally invasive)
- Neck
- Décolletage
- Mid- and lower face
- Abdomen
- Knees
What Happens During A Dilute Radiesse Treatment?
We will apply a topical anesthetic (cream) and injectable numbing to the target area to ensure your comfort. Once you are properly numbed, we will use a needle similar in size to those used during blood collection to make a hole in your skin. This hole will be used to insert a blunt (non-sharp) cannula under your skin. Your dermatologist will then gently glide the cannula back and forth, slowly and evenly placing the Dilute Radiesse in your skin to address the areas of concern.
When Will I See Results?
The results from your Dilute Radiesse treatment should be visible immediately, but the results will continue to improve as you heal for up to 6 months. After your treatment, the skin cells will be awakened and will start to produce collagen, elastin and other growth factors that will ultimately result in your skin looking more radiant, firm, tighten and supple.
How Many Sessions Are Required?
One to three treatment sessions 4-6 weeks apart may be needed in the first round to achieve optimal aesthetic effects. Thereafter we recommend one maintenance session every 6-18 months depending on your needs. The timing of repeated session depends on your genetics, how well you take care of your skin, and if you continue to do other treatments – like skin care and radiofrequency maintenance sessions.
What Is The Recovery Like After Dilute Radiesse?
Dilute Radiesse is a minimally-invasive procedure and it does not require a large incision or extensive downtime. There may be some mild bruising and swelling that should go away within 7-10 days. Pain is generally minimal and can usually be handled with mild pain medication. Most patients can get back to all of their regular activities immediately.
How Much Does Dilute RadiessCost?
Cost is dependent on the area(s) being treated.
Can I Combine Dilute Radiesse With Other Treatments?
Yes. Dilute Radiesse is often used as a part of our patented 5 Dimension Skin Plan™ (available only at deRMA Skin Institute). We strongly believe that combination treatments – whether at the same time, or more gradually at separate visits will give you the full benefit of looking the most refreshed and most natural.
Most commonly, Dilute Radiesse can be combined with: AccuTite™, eCO2 laser resurfacing, other dermal fillers (JUVÉDERM®, Restylane or Sculptra), or Morpheus8 RF microneedling.
If you are interested in a combination of procedures, be sure to discuss this with your dermatologist during your consultation. Contact deRMA Skin Institute at (888) 803-3762 or request a consultation online today. Your dermatologist will advise you on whether you can undergo the desired treatments simultaneously or if it would be best to undergo them separately.
