Fraxel
Patient diagnosed with dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN), presenting as multiple small moderately pigmented well demarcated smooth plaques. This is commonly treated with a combination laser therapy to reduce the likelihood of recurrence. Both a non-ablative fractionated laser and infrared light to target pigmented lesions were used to treat this patient.
