Dr. Sajic is a board-certified dermatologist in both Canada and the U.S. and has more than 20 years of experience.
Education & Training
Dr. Sajic’s impressive background includes earning a Ph.D. in molecular immunology virology and inflammation from McMaster University. Prior to that, he earned an honours bachelor of science degree in biology at McMaster.
He then completed medical training at the University of Western Ontario, which was followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Toronto. As a student there, he was one of the few men awarded the Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award—an honor designed to develop leadership potential in candidates who have shown early promise through exceptional activities, which enhance their contributions to dermatology and medicine.
During his final residency year, Dr. Sajic was awarded a prestigious principal investigator research Grant from the Canadian Dermatology Foundation.

In addition to his role as a dermatologist in Guelph, Dr. Sajic has served as an associate investigator at Probity Medical Research conducting clinical studies.

Educator & Leader
When Dr. Sajic is not involved in research or treating patients, he serves as an adjunct assistant professor of clinical medicine at McMaster University. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as well the American Academy of Dermatology. Additionally, Dr. Sajic sits on several advisory boards and is an active member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, Dermatology Association of Ontario, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Ontario Medical Association, and Canadian Medical Association.Locations
